Who can attend Expo?
Only current University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign students and alumni may attend the Spring Engineering Employment EXPO 2012. Please remember to bring your I-card.
Note: You are strongly encouraged to dress in business attire for the Engineering Expo.

Expo will be located in the A, B, and C rooms of the Illini Union.

Company Information Sessions
During the week of Expo, companies holding information sessions encourage you to come enjoy free pizza and pop while learning about opportunities for internships, co-ops, and full-time employment.
Corporate Social Information
All companies, recruiters, and students are invited to a business casual event after the EXPO Career Fair. Appetizers and beverages will be served, so feel free to take the opportunity to connect with recruiters in a relaxed environment. We hope to see you there.
Volunteer to help at Expo
To ensure that the Spring 2012 Engineering Employment EXPO is successful for students and companies the Expo Committee needs all of the help we can get. Volunteering to help at the career fair is a good opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills to companies and get involved with the Expo committee. Come out and help us!

Available Positions Description
| Company Registration Assistant | Will be responsible for directing companies to their tables inside the ballrooms at the beginning of the fair. |
| General EXPO Volunteer | Help out with general EXPO duties. |
| I-Card Swipers | Responsible for student registration and entrance into the fair. Will be responsible for regulating the fair's entrance by requiring that all students present a valid student id. |
| Info Session Assistant | Responsible for assisting companies giving info sessions the day of Expo. Includes one-on-one time with reps and free pizza and pop. |
| Package Movers | Volunteers will help move company packages and boxes into the rooms at the Union. |
| Parking Assistant | Will be responsible for directing company reps to the shuttle pick-up in the parking lot. |
| Set-Up/Shut Down Crew | Will be responsible for moving company packages in and out of the Union at the beginning and end of the fair each day. |
Bag Check
This year we will be having a bag check for students. To check a bag, please go to the room to the east of the north entrance of the Union.. You will not be able to place your bag in the hallway outside of the A,B,C rooms.
