Welcome to the Engineering Employment EXPO at the University of Illinois. Please read the following information to make sure your registration is as smooth as possible:

An online profile will be set up for you. Within this profile, you can view your registration information and make changes at any time. The username will be your company’s name and your password was established during registration.

Registration and Cancellations

April 27th, 2012	*Registration Opens*
August 31 2012	Registration Deadline Note: Any registrations received after this date are subject to a late registration fee* Cancellation Deadline: Last day to cancel registration with full refund Note: A cancellation fee (50% of registration costs) will be applied to all cancellation requests received after 5pm CDT July 29th
September 27th, 2012	*Late Registration Deadline: Last day to register for Spring 2012 Expo* Note: A late registration fee applies* Late Cancellation Deadline: Only 50% of registration costs will be refunded Note: No refunds will be provided for any cancellation requests received after 5pm CDT January 6th
September 14th, 2012	*Registration Fee Due* Note: Companies who have not paid by this date will incur a $200 penalty and may lose their reservation
September 17th - 19th, 2012	Engineering Employment EXPO Fall 2012

*A $100 per table and $50 per rep late registration fee will be applied to all registrations received after 5pm CDT January 6th.

The cost of attending the fair is $600 per table per day. Companies may purchase up to two tables per day.

Two representatives may attend the fair for each table purchased. Additional representatives may attend for a charge of $50 per representative.

September 17th-19th 2012	Interview rooms available

Each company is responsible for following the guidelines in the EXPO Info Packet to ensure a successful day for everyone.
